What happens to us (our consciousnesses) after death? Against all religious promises, what happens afterlife has been a big question from the very start of age.
Life after death refers to continued existence of the consciousness of the individual person for at least some time after the destruction of their physical body” – Dr. Thalbourne, a psychologist at Adelaide University.
Now is the time to know what actually happens when body is separated from soul. Is that just the cessation? Awaken to eternal reward or reunion with loved ones?

What if the saying ‘Life After Death’ is just a psychological compensation for people to believe that the hard time they are in this world will finally be compensated?
The quest to know how possible the existence of the person minus the physical body could be has led scientists to several findings; like the use of Near-Death Experience (NDE).

Medically supervised near-death experiences
This clinical experimentation allows patients to be clinically dead for almost 20 minutes before being brought back to life. A process which accounts for the mixture of drugs including epinephrine and dimethyltryptamine. This combination is to let the body survive the state of clinical death and the reanimation process without damage.
A team of scientists comprising of psychologists and medical doctors from Technische Universität of Berlin, had proven via this experimentation, the existence of life after death. With the mixture of the afore-listed drugs, the subjects’ body were put into a temporary comatic state to be reanimated minutes later.
Dr Berthold Ackermann who led the research then compiled the testimonies below as gotten from the subjects after reanimating them.
Most common memories include a feeling of detachment from the body, feelings of levitation, total serenity, security, warmth, the experience of absolute dissolution, and the presence of an overwhelming light.
Popularly used by trained people to tap into the ‘Universal Mind’. Its usefulness has also been supported by the NDE research. One of the gifted people that receive their remote viewing powers from a near-death experience is Joseph McMoneagle.
A finding gotten from cardiac arrest
Group of researchers at the University of Southampton in the UK investigated claims about life after death, which they published in journal Resuscitation. They however concluded that, there is possibility for some form of awareness to occur for some time after death.
In a study comprising 2,060 subjects who went into cardiac arrest at 15 different hospitals, only 330 people survived and recalled the following awareness while they had no heartbeat:
“All plants, no flowers” “Saw lions and tigers” “Being dragged through deep water”
The Spiritual Science Research
The Spiritual Research Foundation found that Man consist of Physical, Mental, Intellectual and Subtle ego. The physical body ceases to exist, while the consciousness (subtle body) continues at one of the 13 subtle planes of existence whenever someone dies.
Other findings that support life after death includes:
Deathbed visions, Dream research, and After-death communications research.
