Life is a school that you never graduate from, you only stop learning the day you die, life itself is full of ups and downs, but when you are at the downside of life, you learn lessons and also when it feels like everything is going smoothly, there are still lessons to be discovered.

Some of these lessons are gotten from experience while others from books. But despite these lessons, there are still lessons that cannot be simply learned until you face certain situations in life. These lessons some people see those lessons that come late into the life of people and most times take them unawares.

Most people failed to realize that success and good health go hand in hand. Everybody wants more, but only a few know when to stop. Money can be very deceitful, it seems like the most important thing in the world when you don’t have it, but once you have it, you realize it was never the most important. People spend time chasing after money and neglect their health, but at old age, they begin to regret not paying attention to everything that will allow them to spend more time with their family and loved ones.
