ADHD, formerly called ADD is about having difficulty staying focus, managing time, acting without thinking, and having problem setting goals. ADHD begins in childhood and continues through adolescence and adulthood.

Normal people are blessed with a mental luxury that wipes off almost 100% of irrelevant thoughts that cross their mind, even instantly before they become consciously aware of it. But, ADHD person lacks such.

ADHD made the former  celebrity spokesperson for a PSA campaign impulsive and unfocused until adulthood, when he finally got a formal diagnosis.

“I found it difficult to sit down and read a script for work, or even have a conversation,” says Mandel.

He struggled with his disorder for 20 years before his doctor finally gave him an ADHD diagnosis.
