Disengaged employees feel better off doing their own thing.
Gossip helps send bad vibes, and creates cliques within the company.
A disengaged employee lies and make up stories.
One with a know-it-all attitude act like he’s above everybody.
Collaboration is non-negotiable for growth of every company, but disengaged employees make this impossible.
Bad employees miss deadline, come work in the late hours etc.
Disengaged employees are always contented with what they have, and are not willing to learn new things.
Just like the above explanation, a disengaged employee doesn’t make the most out of any position.
More prone to get distracted at work.
